Justin was so helpful! I had an appointment for Friday but was driving by on Thursday and stopped to see if there was any chance I could get in a day early. He got me right in. He even change my wipers himself! Great service every single time!

Just purchased 2025 Outback Touring XT Tiffany was great to work with , excellent service, she went above and beyond for us. Caressa did a great job explaining all the warranties, Shaun the general manager was friendly and helpful. Victor detailed the car for us And it looked amazing!!! Happy with the overall service, great experience!!! Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience with the service department at Rogers. Specifically, Jake helped to get us get in quickly and repair a thermostat issue which left us with no heat during single digit temperatures this winter. Jake provided us with a loaner vehicle and was understanding when we were impacted by more winter weather. We appreciate their kindness, professionalism and flexibility.

We enjoyed the simplified, no-nonsense purchase process. Our sales person, Erik Wenberg along with Tiffany Rieg and the entire Rogers staff have been a pleasure to work with. We’re very happy with our new Crosstrek and definitely recommend anyone considering a new Subaru should contact Rogers.

I moved from Kansas and Harley Swain, now Rogers Subaru, have been over the top helpful in service. Going every extra mile . Jake in service played advocate over an issue and got it done . When I decided to trade up ,Tiffany in sales , listened to my needs, what I wanted and made it happen. My 90 year old father ,whom has been in sales his whole life, joined my adventure and said Tiffany was very professional. She treated me like a friend not just a sale. Highly recommend this dealership for any of your car needs. Thank you Tiffany, Jake and Gary.

Justin and his team were incredible. Got me in super fast for an oil change and multipoint inspection before my road trip. Elizabeth was friendly and made sure everything was as stress-free as possible. They even topped off my fluids without me asking! 100 percent recommend this dealership! I really don’t like the Subaru dealership in my town and drove a little over half an hour to get service here. Well worth it and will be coming back for my services.

The service department was great: Elizabeth & Jake were professional (pleasant, helpful, competent) & enjoyable to talk to. The service was done promptly & there were no problems. That said, the 1,000 for the 60,000 mile service seems exorbitant. If I’d had the choice of a less expensive service (without the free loaner car & the car wash), I’d have preferred it, so the only complaint I have is the cost.
